Greg Tanner

Greg Tanner is the founder of Cynthetic Systems AI, an AI-driven cybersecurity and IT Modernization company where his team were early adopters of large language models and now build agentic AI for everyday use.

Cynthetic Systems AI was born from his own experience transforming the cybersecurity firm with AI.  He can discuss from the front lines the practical applications.

The Cynthetic Systems AI  is the anchor for a number of businesses, including Cynthetic Systems AI where he developed an alliance of companies to offer a Strategic Bionic Framework™ that he wrote and developed and is the only one of it’s kind that offers a cybersecurity first methodology, coupled with a human focused training and change management system named EverestXV™.  This is a one of a kind approach offered only by Cynthetic Systems AI.

In his landmark book, “Understanding High-Velocity Disruption,” he decodes the very grammar of this new era. Where SMB’s fall short of AI success because they lack direction, a framework and strategy.

Greg studied Nuclear Engineering at the University of New Mexico,  Has a Master of Business Administration from the Sloan School at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  He is a graduate of the MIT xPro Designing and Building AI Products and Services. And is a certified  Scoping Use Cases in Foundry & AIP professional from Palantir.

Alfred Ortiz

Alfred Ortiz is the CEO of CSD Cyber, a provider of cybersecurity solutions, and brings over 20 years of information technology experience to the role.

Before founding CSD Cyber, Alfred held leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard, Infor Global Solutions, and DriveLock, building expertise across sales, marketing, pre-sales, and management. His regional experience is genuinely global — covering territories from the Arctic Circle to Tierra del Fuego, including a posting at McMurdo Station in Antarctica.

Beyond the boardroom, Alfred has a deep commitment to education. He has served as an affiliate professor at the University of the Incarnate Word (San Antonio, TX), Regis University, and the University of Colorado Denver. He is currently a doctoral candidate in Information Systems at IE University in Madrid, Spain — continuing to pursue the same standard of excellence he brings to his clients.

Alfred holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly, an MBA from the University of the Incarnate Word, and executive education credentials from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
